Winding Creek Elementary School recently welcomed the Office of the First Lady of Pennsylvania and Secretary of Education Dr. Rowe for a special visit highlighting student leadership and learning across grade levels.
Fifth-grade house leaders led the way as tour guides, giving guests a firsthand look at daily life inside their school. From students engaged during SOAR to kindergarteners enjoying story time with First Lady Shapiro, classrooms were filled with curiosity, excitement, and lots of smiles.
The visit wrapped up with a panel discussion with educators about student engagement, instruction, and the strong community that makes CV so special.
