Winding Creek is a Title I building. Title I funds are used at the building level to (1) provide supplementary education to students eligible for services, (2) provide additional funding to schools and districts, improve the academic achievement of eligible students, reduce performance gaps between advantaged and disadvantaged students, (3) and assist eligible students in meeting high academic standards.
